  This is by far the worst eye DR. I've ever been to. They gave me an eye exam but gave me the wrong prescription. I complained from day one stating I cannot see out of my new glasses and the lady told me I would get use to them. I was squinting more than usual and I thought that was unusual since I had just had a new exam. I dealt with it for about two months and decided to order new contacts. So when my contacts came back everything was blurry and I had to hold my pone 10 feet away from my face to see. I went back and told them I'm sorry but these don't work and I need a new brand. ( mind you I had a new exam two months prior and I was a new patient). They ordered me a trial pair of a new brand and things didn't get any better so we moved on to another brand and things were still blurry but a little better. Things still didn't sit well with me so I went to my previous eye doctor to get a copy of my previous prescription and my thought were correct, they changed my prescription to a lower dose and that was causing the blurred vision. I went to AB to let them know the prescription was wrong and the lady told me I had to pay for a new eye exam. (IF I DO PAY FOR ANOTHER EYE EXAM, I'LL CALL CHANNEL 7 AND PUT Y'ALL ASS ON BLAST BECAUSE THE DR. GAVE ME THE WRONG DAMN PRESCRIPTION). I politely told her why would I pay for your mistake. I did my part but the doctor failed me and I've been suffering since February. we went back and forth and I told her I'm not leaving here until they get it right so can I talk to the doctor myself. She finally said let me talk to the doctor and maybe she can adjust it for you. In my mind I was thinking why not give me a new exam since this prescription is wrong and I can't see. She took a copy of my old prescription and spoke with the doctor who adjusted the dose but not to the one one the paper and ordered me a trial pair. I was told I would be called when the trial pair comes in. I get a call but it's for the OLD contacts they ordered that din't work. I told him this order was cancelled and I'm waiting on the trial pair. Now mind you no one pulled my chart to check what I was there for. The manager took those and handed me two contacts and said here is this what you came for. Well you tell me since you didn't look in my file to see what I came for but you handed me two contacts to put in my damn eyes. I checked the contacts and noticed one eye is different from the other but according to my prescription both eyes are the same. OK by now I'm pissed because they still got the damn prescription wrong although I gave them the paper. He told me oh she changed it and one eye is for reading and one is for distance. HOW DUMB ASS WHEN I SEE THE SAME DAMN THING OUT OF BOTH EYES. I just took the lenses and told him if these don't work there will be problems because this has gone on too damn long.
