  My son took his 2007 Audi Q7 to Grease Monkey for a simple oil change. After oil change, he called me to meet him to jump start his car. It took almost 1 1/2 hrs before his vehicle started, but when it did it blew us away. Went from a smooth, silent sounding vehicle to sounding like a big rig with engine issues. Took car back to Grease Monkey for them to explain what happened. The guy at grease monkey said something is wrong & suggested vehicle be towed to mechanic which they paid for. Shop where car is told my son he needs new engine because Grease Monkey put too much oil in car!! 3 quarts over what's allowed!! How can this happen when all they talk about is how certified they are. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! They need to pay for repairs!!!
