  Great experience after a long flight. Driver was waiting with a sign showing our name even though we were early. Vehicle clean and spacious and the drive into downtown Chicago was safe. Think our driver's name was Sam and he was very informative and friendly.

  Booked limo service for my brides bridal party to get to hair and makeup. Driver was 40 minutes late causing us to move appointments the day of the wedding. Turned out he went to the drop off location first. Manager called me to say he had my card number wrong for the booking and tried to use that as the reason for the driver being late, even though this was already 10 mins after pickup time. Was told I'd get some of the cost refunded for the trouble - never happened. I saw the good reviews here and opted to use them. Overall, the experience I had was terrible, would've been better off giving $500 to a homeless guy for piggy back rides.
