  Poor customer service!!!! No greeting, told the person I have two packages (very light) and all she says it's "gonna charge you $1 for the tape" and I said no. She simply turned around and ignores and I leave. I would understand big or bulky boxes but these were very light, hardly 1-2lbs each. No wonder this store has a bad rating. Don't go here for your packages.
